• Adjustable Speed & Volume: This liquid and paste filling machine adopts a premium gas cylinder, having immense power and stable air pressure. Filling volume and speed can be arbitrarily regulated. The filling range is 1.7-17 oz/50-500 ml, and the filling rate is 20 bottles/min in maximum.
• Two Regulation Modes: Two control modes can be chosen in our pneumatic filling machine. Manual and auto mode are switchable. Adjust the cylinder housing speed knob, switch to auto mode, and the filling machine will automatically fill. Or switch to manual mode and press the pedal to fill. The device can stop and start at any time becautilize of the emergency stop switch.
• Anti-Drip Nozzle: The outlet nozzle can be easily removed and replaced. Raising and filling device with an anti-drip nozzle, not easily plugged, the filling process is efficient and accurate. They are filling accuracy:≤±1%.
• 304 Stainless Steel: All parts in contact with the product are 304 food-grade stainless steel. Extremely simple to operate, clean, and maintain. It’s endure to corrosion, acid, and alkali. Thickened base and Teflon plunger have a high quality and long life service.
