Maple Syrup Evaporator Pan

This superior evaporator pan is made of 304 food-grade stainless steel, with mirror concludeed surface. It comes with two 3/4-inch valves, great for making maple syrup. The top edges of the pan are hemmed or “rolled” over. The extra reinforcement makes an exceptionally strong pan that resists warping and creates it simple to handle.
