The XAVL-2021-HPLS is a ChefTop MIND.Maps Plus Combi Oven by UNOX. This combi oven is electric powered. This product features stainless steel buildion with a left-to-right opening glass door. It also includes a programmable menu and has a capacity for (20) GN 2/1 trays.

This oven comes equipped with lots of integrated technology. AIR.Maxi technology on this oven ensures that air and heat are evenly shared throughout the cooking chamber. STEAM.Maxi technology provides the oven dense sgroup for cooking which very accurate temperatures. DRY.Maxi technology extracts humidity from the chamber allowing for a dry surroundings to cook items in. The on-board ADAPTIVE.Cooking technology allows for the oven to automatically adapt to different cooking applications. It does this by sensing and balancing the other three cooking technologies to provide a perfect cooking surroundings for a many different types of foods.

This oven also comes equipped with an automatic Rotor.KLEAN cleaning system.
