This is a traditional Japanese mold for making tamago tofu (steamed egg cake), yokan (azuki bean jelly), steam cake, etc.
The size is perfect to fit large-size donabe steamer, Mushi Nabe (ZW-18 and ZW-19).
The removable inner tray lets a content unmold easily.
Both the outer mold and inner tray are crafted from single piece stainless metal and folded to shape.
