Interalterable molds are designed for the Stamina Pro X2M and the automatic Apex Pro X2M dough presses.
Molds ensure thickness consistency and a perfectly defined crust. Dual heated platens to decrease your cook time without influenceing the dough rise. Easily swap out molds, ssuggest lift molds and drop in your next size from 8 up to 16. Molds (MID8, 8, MID10, 10, MID12, 12, MID14, 14, MID16, 16) sold separately. Finish: Aluminium
