Originating in Kyoto, this fifth-generation atelier combines traditional shaping techniques with up-to-date design concepts. Bamboo used in Kohchosai Kosuga products is Madake or Mousouchiku variety, which is light-weight and very sturdy.
Available in two sizes, these tongs are very handy and flawless for both tossing ingredients and serving with. Their grooved ends also provide more grip.
