Made of high-grade long flowing grains of hardwood cherry, the arched diamond-block shape is for both grill and kitchen use. It will showcase all cuts of meat, poultry, vegetables and double as a one of kind cheese board. The curvature impeccably compliments the Arteflame cooktop of the 30″ and 40″ grills. Other features include a 5/8” juice groove and feet for stability. Maintenance is easy, all that is mandatory is the smallest amount of oil and store it inside after use.
