Sandwich grill has flat cast iron plates that share heat evenly throughout the upper and lower plates allowing you to grill both sides of your sandwich without flipping it over. Built of stainless steel with an adjustable thermostat that ranges from 120F-570F degrees. Each unit has a removable stainless steel oil tray and wire brush for simple cleaning. Overall dimensions are 12″D x 12″W x 7.75″H. The cooking surface measures 8.5″ x 9.25″. 120V, 1750W, 14.5 Amps. NEMA 5-15 plug. NSF approved.
